If you listen to CBC Radio One in Canada or Public Radio International in the States, you know about his radio talk show, Q. On this night, he was wearing his author's jacket, in support of his autobiography/dramedy, 1982.

Canadians of a certain age range will remember seeing this man anchoring the nightly national news for decades, first on CBC and later on CTV. He finally wrote a book about his own life and came to Ottawa yesterday to speak about it and the life discussed therein with interviewer Lawrence Wall of CBC Ottawa.
